Le Livre de Poche has announced the winners of its 2026 prix des lecteurs, and for the first time the full slate of category winners is female, according to Livres Hebdo.
Francesca Giannone was honoured in the littérature category, Camilla Grebe in polar, Maryse Burgot in documents et essais, and Catherine Dufour in imaginaire.
A parallel prize, the Choix des libraires, went to Bérénice Pichat and Sidonie Bonnec. In the youth category, Margot Dessenne received the prix du Livre de Poche Jeunesse for the first volume of her series, Absolu.
Livres Hebdo did not detail the titles honoured in each adult category beyond the authors' names, nor the size or composition of the readers' jury.
