Nine novels named in first round for the Gisèle Halimi prize

The Gisèle Halimi literary prize has announced its first selection for 2026, according to Livres Hebdo. Nine works of fiction written in French make up this initial list.
Established in 2023, the prize carries an award of 3,000 euros. Livres Hebdo did not name the nine titles or the members of the jury in its report.
